Bob, along with VEBS has over 37 years of experience, counseling government employees regarding the critical aspects of their benefits and retirement. Over the past 18 years, Bob has conducted seminars across the United States where he has helped thousands of federal employees on the financial impact of benefit and retirement options. Bob helps clients understand how their federal benefits work and how to make the best choices for themselves and their families.

Bob previously worked with Dow Chemical and Pfizer as a sales representative and graduated from Drake University and University of Iowa. Mr. Henderson joined the United States Air Force in 1971 and was decorated during his service in the Republic of South Vietnam in 1972. Bob is a follower of Jesus Christ, married with four children and seven grandchildren. Bob currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida
